This year we have a Dr. Suess theme. Each month we will be reading, exploring, discussing and getting creative with a number of Dr. Suess books. We will be discussing everything from sight words and rhyming to the deeper thought filled aspects like in the Sneetches and The Lorax. Some will be teacher directed while other will be student driven and lead. There will be a great emphasis placed on developing a Growth Mindset. We will be asking some essential questions and looking to come up with some answers. Making mistakes and trying over again is an important part of the process!!
